Mind, Body & Soul Cooking Class
This spring’s class, with the theme, Dinner Parties in a Flash, teaches you how to entertain from scratch using healthy ingredients. Recipes include both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods. The five sessions are held Fridays from noon-1:15 p.m. in 360 MVR. Classes held February 29, March 7, 14, 28, and April 4. Fee is $30 for the series, free for Wellness Program members.
