How to Lose 5 to 10 Pounds Class

Join Beth McKinney, RD, for a 4-week series to learn tools and techniques for shedding those extra five to ten pounds. This series will focus on good nutrition, safely creating a calorie deficit, and the pros and cons of popular diet regimes.
