Walk to Run Class
Walk to Run is designed to be a fun fitness training class for those looking to transition from walking to running. Gentle training and lots of encouragement will get you ready to jog a 5K in early summer. We will meet every Tuesday and Thursday from noon-1:00pm outside Barton Hall. First class meets Tuesday, April 8 and continues through Thursday, June 26. Contact Ruth at rem64 or 5-5060 for further details. You must register for this offering.
